All things Daniel

What are you here for?

I love it and I hate it. Being interested in so many different areas of science, history and craftsmanship, I’m always pulled in different directions. I was in need of one place to land it all, so here we are. If you will scroll down, you will hopefully find the reason you decided to visit my site. If you are just here by accident, please stick around and maybe we can connect on something we are both passionate about. I don’t want to sound pretentious, or claim to be an expert in any of these studies. I just want to contribute to the wonderful world our Creator has given us. This is my feeble and scatterbrained attempt to do that.

About Me

“I barely understand his weird ramblings in real life, why would I want to read them here?”

— Elizabeth Meinsen’s Thoughts (I assume?)

“do what you have to do first, then you can do what you want.”

— Jim Meinsen, in one of the thousands of times I deservedly got in trouble

About Daniel

My mind is all over the place. I love being a jack of all trades, but I am currently working on mastering one. I’m the Minister at the Pittsburg church of Christ, studying Electrical Technology at Pitt State, amateur in Homesteading, Blacksmithing, Woodworking, and anything with tools. The most important thing I do is care for and love Elizabeth, and provide for James, Haddie, Lydia and Chloe.

A family of six smiling outdoors in front of green bushes. The mother and father stand behind three children and a toddler, with the mother wearing glasses, a denim jacket, and a maroon dress. The father has glasses, a beard, and a plaid shirt. The children include a boy in a gray speckled shirt, a girl with a checkered shirt and a large white bow, and a toddler in a bright pink dress.
